Support Co-ordination

• Must be plan managed or self managed.

• Have a Capacity Building budget for Support Co-ordination in your NDIS plan.
  
  If not talk to your Local Area Co-ordinator (LAC) and ask for Support Co-ordination to be added into your plan. Please note this will require a review of your NDIS plan

I have a Bachelors Degree in social Work

I have 10 years of experience in the disability community working as a Support Worker.

I have specialised in working with children and adults with ASD, Intellectual disability, Mental health and other medical conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Social Work

• Support Co-ordination course and certificate – The Growing Space

• NDIS check

• First Aid & CPR

• NDIS modules completed
